Print Details & Policies

Paper

Your photograph is printed on luxurious, archival-grade, acid-free, satin finish paper with a wide-range color capacity to ensure a long print life. The coating on the paper significantly reduces glare and fingerprint smudges.

Printing

The image is printed using high-quality Giclée Canon printers that are color calibrated regularly to ensure the most color-accurate fine art paper prints. The aqueous pigment inks are rated to resist fading for over 100 years under proper display conditions, helping your fine art print last for generations.

A Note on Color Accuracy

Every monitor and device displays color slightly differently, so the print you receive may not match your screen exactly. The printers I use are professionally calibrated to reproduce the image as accurately as possible, and minor variation between screen and print is normal — not a defect. If you have concerns about a specific image's color before ordering, feel free to reach out and I'm happy to talk through it.

Frame

Your photograph is framed in solid wood, with optical-grade clear acrylic. It is loose mounted with a kraft paper dust cover backing and a sawtooth hanger installed.

Caring for Your Print

To help your print look its best for years to come:

  • Display away from direct sunlight and other strong, direct light sources.
  • Avoid hanging in areas with high humidity or significant temperature swings, such as bathrooms.
  • Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid glass cleaners or liquids directly on the frame or acrylic.
  • Handle by the frame edges rather than the glazing to avoid smudges and pressure marks.

Shipping & Handling

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Prints will be ready to ship within 3-4 business days.

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the order as well as the destination, and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated transit time is 1-7 business days for domestic orders.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival. These are not included in the order total and are out of my control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact me within two days so we can look into it together. If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered) and does not arrive within a reasonable window of the estimated delivery date, please let me know so I can work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging, the print, and the shipping label — you may be asked to provide these for a carrier claim. See Cancellations and Returns below for how to report a defect or damage.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. After 24 hours, your photograph enters production and all sales become final.

Because each piece is custom-made for you, I am not able to accept returns or issue refunds based on personal preference. Please double-check your selected image, size, and framing before completing your order, as we print exactly what is submitted.

That said, I stand behind the quality of my work. If your piece arrives with a verifiable defect (wrong image, wrong size, or a printing error) or was damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and I will replace it. Please include clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label, and save your packaging in case a return is needed.

Image Rights & Terms of Use

All photographs sold through this site remain the copyrighted work of the photographer. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it for personal, non-commercial use only.

Unless a separate written license is agreed upon, you may not:

  • Scan, photograph, or otherwise reproduce the print for redistribution or resale
  • Use the image for commercial purposes, including marketing, merchandise, or resale
  • Alter, crop, or create derivative works from the image

Payment & Sales Tax

Major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay are accepted through Shop. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.
